Amman, Oct. 29 (Petra) -- Investment Minister Tareq Abughazaleh and Azerbaijani Ambassador to Jordan Shahin Abdullayev discussed Thursday ways to strengthen investment ties between Jordan and Azerbaijan, and explored cooperation opportunities in areas of common interest.

Abughazaleh stressed the importance of expanding investment cooperation and strengthening partnerships between businesses in both countries. He said this would encourage mutual investment and capitalize on investment opportunities available in the Kingdom.

Abdullayev underscored the need for continued coordination and communication between the relevant authorities in both countries. He said this would strengthen bilateral relations and pave the way for new investment partnerships in priority sectors.

The meeting is part of the Investment Ministry's efforts to strengthen Jordan's economic relations with Arab and friendly countries, promote investment opportunities in the Kingdom, and build partnerships that attract investment and support economic growth.
